If your iPhone's speaker sounds muffled after getting wet, open Wick and tap Clean & measure. Wick plays low-frequency tones that vibrate trapped water out of the speaker, then measures the sound before and after so you can hear the difference. Turn your volume up and use the built-in speaker (not headphones) for best results.
Turn the volume all the way up and run it again — sometimes it takes a couple of passes. Make sure you're using the phone's speaker, not connected headphones. If water got deeper into the device, power it off and let it dry; sound can clear trapped water but cannot repair a physically damaged speaker.
